VBKA: Aerobic Kickboxing/Cardio Karate Program

A calorie-burning workout plus improved muscle definition, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, and balance.  WOW!

According to Muscle and Fitness magazine, the fitness industry's largest publication, aerobic kickboxing or cardio-karate teaches the techniques of martial arts without all the serious rituals, uniforms, and belt levels normally associated with the training.


Cardio-Karate has great appeal to women!


The National Association of Professional Martial Artists says, "Women are very interested in learning to protect themselves while they get in shape."


Cardio-Karate is also a great way for busy adults who are not interested in earning a black belt to benefit from what the martial arts has to offer. They can dress comfortably and have a lot of fun getting in shape, plus they learn a great deal of self-defense.


Participating in a Cardio-Karate program requires no previous martial arts experience.

Classes are offered at the Main School

on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
and Saturdays from 8:30 to 9:30 am.
